Create Niche Sites with the Socrates WordPress Theme

After installing WordPress, deciding on what WordPress theme to use is the next thing that you need to do.
Why is the Theme important?
The first impression you make on your visitors is your website. If the appearance is themed towards the subject matter of your site, there will be consistency between how your site appears, and it’s content, which makes it more attractive to your visitors.
There are many beautiful looking free WordPress themes available, but they may not suit your needs. Depending on the topic of your site, you may not find a theme that complements it. Or you may find a theme that fits perfectly. but lacks the functionality that you want.
My favorite free WordPress themes are those that include customizable features – things I can change myself without too much hassle. However, most of the free themes out there are not designed with the Niche Marketers in mind.
I have always tried to use the free option, but the thing with free is that it will cost you time – time to learn how to customize it and time to customize the theme. This is time better spent on marketing and earning money.
